Intellimatics an innovative
manufacturer of intelligent M2M Application Software and provider of
integration support will be presenting their M2M Middleware Server
solution in conjunction with Simple Solutions (Electronics) LTD at
their AVL/Tracking Seminar.
The event is being held at the Old Trafford Football Ground (the home
Manchester United) in the United
Kingdom on 2nd of August 2006 and is designed to provide new and
existing Enfora MT device customers
with the various components available to develop a
working/tracking/monitoring system for mobile assets
and vehicles.

Enfora announced today it has
acquired the assets and employees of privately held Intellimatics (DBA
TeleM2M) of Dallas, TX. TeleM2M provides middleware that easily
integrates with enterprise software and allows the management of
wireless devices and communication sessions. The TeleM2M middleware
will complement and enhance Enfora’s existing offerings for asset
management, remote monitoring and control, and location-based services.
“One of the biggest challenge our customers face is developing the
software that connects wireless devices to backend enterprise
software,” said Jeff Newman, chief strategy officer at Enfora. “This
acquisition brings a talented team and strong software capability
in-house and allows us to provide expanded solutions to our customers.”
